A generalist who has choosen an "open job relationship" to work interdisciplinary. 
"Open" in this context, is nothing to be afraid of. It means to work open-minded, dynamic, multidimensional to keep the daily excitement for what we do alive. Commitment to ones individual talent, to work in the own interest and full potential. Why? Work motivated and create the best results for the client or guest and yourself.

With degrees in Human Resources and Business Administration, I have been working in startup and agency environments with a focus on people topics for many years. 

What do I stand for? New Work, Generation Y,  Innovative and digital mindset, fairness and transparency in companies. 

I am passionate about supporting students, but also professionals with a variety of classic workshop formats. Besides I have developed my own concept. With IMPROV(E) I want to combine my hobby improv theater with inspiring workshops. 

Next to these topics my heart beats for good events. Life is too short for boring conferences and trade fairs with fancy, non-innovative giveaways but without added value for the visitor.
